Return and Cancellation Policy

At Mahbubnagar Box Cricket, we have a strict and clear cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations for both our customers and our arena partners. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

1. User-Initiated Cancellations: STRICTLY NO REFUND

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications will be permitted from the user’s end.

  • No Refunds: We will not provide any refund for bookings cancelled by the user for any reason, including but not limited to: change of plans, inability to attend, late arrival, or a no-show.
  • No Rescheduling: Confirmed slots cannot be rescheduled to a different date or time. The booking is final.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that your booking is final and non-refundable.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations: FULL REFUND

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under certain exceptional circumstances. A cancellation from our end is the only situation in which a refund will be issued. These circumstances include:

  • Inclement Weather: Severe rain, thunderstorms, or other weather conditions that make playing unsafe or impossible.
  • Technical Issues: Unforeseen problems at the arena, such as power failure, turf damage, or critical equipment malfunction.
  • Unavoidable Maintenance: Emergency maintenance that makes the arena unavailable.
  • Government or Public Authority Directives: Any order that restricts operations.

3. Refund Process for Company-Initiated Cancellations

If your booking is cancelled by a Mahbubnagar Box Cricket employee or an arena official for any of the reasons listed in Section 2:

  • You will be notified immediately via the phone number or email address provided during booking.
  • We will initiate a full 100% refund of the amount you paid.
  • The refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Policy Acknowledgment By completing a booking on our website, you explicitly state that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy.
