Please note that Mahbubnagar Box Cricket provides an online booking service for physical box cricket arenas. Our service is entirely digital and location-based. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no items will be sent to your physical mailing address.
2. How You Will Receive Your “Order”
Your “order” is your booking confirmation. Here is how it is delivered:
- Method of Delivery: Your official booking confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provide during the booking process. You may also receive a confirmation via SMS on your registered mobile number.
- What it Contains: This digital confirmation will include all your booking details: your unique booking ID, the arena name and address, the date and time of your reserved slot, and the amount paid.
- Proof of Purchase: This email/SMS confirmation is your proof of purchase and your ticket for entry. Please have it available on your mobile device when you arrive at the arena.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Instantaneous Delivery: Your booking confirmation is generated automatically and sent immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.
- If You Don’t Receive It: If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of booking, please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us immediately so we can re-send it.
4. Shipping & Handling Costs
As our services are delivered digitally, there are absolutely no shipping or handling fees associated with any of our bookings. The price you see is the final price you pay for the slot reservation.
